试卷: LEED AP EB模拟题 D卷[查看] What should the LEED AP know about determining the occupancy for WE Prerequisite 1
Minimum Indoor Plumbing Fixture and Fitting Efficiency? A: Transient occupants can only be reported as a daily total B: Transient occupants who are visitors can be reported as FTE C: Occupants who work 50 hours per week over 5 days have a FTE of 1.0 D: For buildings with multiple shifts, the average FTE from all shifts must be used 参考答案: B
本题解释: See Reference Guide, WE Prerequisite 1, Calculations, Occupancy
Transient occupants are students, visitors, customers, etc.
Transient occupants can be reported as a daily total or FTE.
FTE is based on an 8-hour workday; a 10-hour workday has an FTE value of 1.2.
For buildings with multiple shifts, the number of FTEs from all shifts must be used.
Spaces that have different usage groups can calculate fixture usage either using a single
usage group or by using multiple usage groups. Transient occupants cannot be excluded.
When transient occupancy is not known, see Table 2 for estimates based on the type of
retail space. A 100,000 sq. ft. grocery store project can assume 870 transient occupants
per day (770 for a service project).
Note that it is the Declarant who submits the values, but the LEED AP should know and
verify the occupancy for credit calculations. |
