Which of the following projects would not meet the minimum program requirements for certification?

A: A new building on an office campus located next door to an existing certified building

参考答案: B

本题解释:

Reference: Minimum Program Requirements
New buildings located next to other buildings - certified or not - are fine.
Structures must be permanent - a temporary classroom would not qualify.
Buildings do not have to be a minimum height. There are exceptions to which rating system might apply. For example for residential projects a building must be at least 4 habitable stories in order to use LEED for New Construction. Otherwise the project must use LEED for Homes.

LEED does not prohibit part of the building being underground
