What is Green-e?
什么是Green-e认证？

Green-e is a program established by the Center
for Resource Solutions to promote green electricity
products and provide consumers with a
nationally recognized method to identify those products.
Green-e认证是有资源方案中心（CRS）建立，促进绿色
电力产品并给电力购买者提供了一个国家认可和认证的
绿色电力产品。

注：Green-e考的比较多，关键词：green power，REC，
Green-e，off-site。如果是AP还需要考一些绿电购买的计
算，只要知道计算方法就比较简单了。
