What is the DEVELOPMENT FOOTPRINT?
什么是开发基底边界？

The development footprint includes all areas of a site
affected by the development or project site activity.
Include hardscapes, parking lots, access roads, nonbuilding
facilities and the building itself.

开发的基底边界包括受开发活动影响的范围，主要包括硬
景观，停车位，道路，非建筑的设施，和建筑基底本身，
一般指的是场地面积减去绿化面积。
